Here are the missions where you can get Fang Blueprint in Warframe:

• Lua/Circulus : It's a Survival mission (level 80-100). The item is dropped on rotation A (11.28%).
• Lua/Yuvarium : It's a Survival mission (level 25-30). The item is dropped on rotation A (7.52%).
