North Wind: Drop sources, locations, and probabilities
Tips
There are many ways to get North Wind in Warframe,
but my recommendation for optimal efficiency would be to
try one of these missions (in this order):
- Lua/Pavlov : It's a Spy mission (level 25-30). The item is dropped on rotation B (7.49%).
- Ceres/Bode : It's a Spy mission (level 12-14). The item is dropped on rotation B (5.56%).
- Jupiter/Amalthea : It's a Spy mission (level 17-19). The item is dropped on rotation B (5.56%).
- Europa/Valac : It's a Spy mission (level 18-20). The item is dropped on rotation B (5.56%).
- Saturn/Dione : It's a Spy mission (level 21-23). The item is dropped on rotation B (5.56%).

Warframe Rotations Explained
- Defense: One reward every 3 waves, following this pattern: AABC.
So, rotation A reward at 3 and 6 waves, B after 9 waves and C for 12 waves.
Then it starts all over again. - Interception: One reward each time 100% control is reached, following this pattern: AABC.
Rotation A for the first two times, rotation B for the third and rotation C after four.
Then it restarts from the beginning (5th round is rotation A). - Spy: One rotation level gained per vault unlocked.
First vault is rotation A, two vaults is rotation B, all three vaults unlocked is rotation C.
Mobs Dropping North Wind
North Wind can be dropped by most ennemies in Warframe. You should probably consider this as your primary farm source.
