Shocking Touch: Drop sources, locations, and probabilities

There are many ways to get Shocking Touch in Warframe, but my recommendation for optimal efficiency would be to try one of these missions (in this order):

• Lua/Pavlov : It's a Spy mission (level 25-30). The item is dropped on rotation B (7.49%).
• Ceres/Bode : It's a Spy mission (level 12-14). The item is dropped on rotation B (5.56%).
• Jupiter/Amalthea : It's a Spy mission (level 17-19). The item is dropped on rotation B (5.56%).
• Europa/Valac : It's a Spy mission (level 18-20). The item is dropped on rotation B (5.56%).
• Saturn/Dione : It's a Spy mission (level 21-23). The item is dropped on rotation B (5.56%).

These recommendations are based on the usual missions lengths, and the probability of getting the resource dropped.

• Defense: One reward every 5 waves, following this pattern: AABC.
  So, rotation A reward at 5 and 10 waves, B after 15 waves and C for 20 waves.
  Then it starts all over again.
• Rush: Number of transports destroyed:
   - Rotation A: one.
   - Rotation B: two.
   - Rotation C: all three.
  
• Infested Salvage: One reward after each successful decryption, following this pattern: AABC.
  
• Spy: One rotation level gained per vault unlocked.
  First vault is rotation A, two vaults is rotation B, all three vaults unlocked is rotation C.
