Here are the missions where you can get Superior Defenses in Warframe:

• Neptune/Salacia : It's a Mobile Defense mission (level 27-32). Probability to get it: 3.76%.
• Uranus/Caelus : It's a Interception mission (level 24-29). The item is dropped on rotation B (10.00%).
• Phobos/Kepler : It's a Rush mission (level 12-14). The item is dropped on rotation B (3.76%).
• Saturn/Pandora : It's a Pursuit mission (level 21-23). Probability to get it: 3.16%.
