Here are the missions where you can get Voruna Blueprint in Warframe:

  • Lua/Circulus : It's a Survival mission (level 80-100). The item is dropped on rotation C (12.24%).
  • Lua/Yuvarium : It's a Survival mission (level 25-30). The item is dropped on rotation C (6.82%).
