There are many ways to get Xiphos Engines Blueprint in Warframe, but my recommendation for optimal efficiency would be to try one of these missions (in this order):

• Ceres/Ker : It's a Caches mission (level 14-16). The item is dropped on rotation C (0.50%).
• Ceres/Thon : It's a Caches mission (level 15-17). The item is dropped on rotation C (0.50%).
• Jupiter/Carpo : It's a Caches mission (level 17-19). The item is dropped on rotation C (0.50%).
• Jupiter/Adrastea : It's a Caches mission (level 18-20). The item is dropped on rotation C (0.50%).
• Saturn/Calypso : It's a Caches mission (level 24-26). The item is dropped on rotation C (0.50%).

These recommendations are based on the usual missions lengths, and the probability of getting the resource dropped.
